Our Service is offered as a subscription that automatically renews each billing cycle (monthly or yearly, as selected at checkout) until you cancel. This Cancellation Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

Cancel anytime. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the My Account area on our platform.

What happens when you cancel. Your subscription stops renewing and you won’t be charged again. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for; it isn’t cut off immediately.

Refunds. Cancelling stops future renewals. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for the unused part of a current billing period, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

Your consumer rights. Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
