WritePath Education provides access to a digital subscription service (the Service). This Refund Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and our Cancellation Policy, and forms part of our Terms.

Try before you pay. New members can start with a free first week — no payment and no commitment — so you can decide whether the Service is right for your child before you are charged.

Change of mind. Because the Service is a digital subscription delivered immediately, we do not offer refunds or credits for change of mind, for partial billing periods, or for time not used, except where required by law.

Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from My Account. When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. See our Cancellation Policy for details.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If the Service has a major problem, or is not as described, or is not delivered with due care and skill, you may be entitled to a remedy — which may include a refund. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the ACL.

How refunds are made. Where we provide a refund (including any refund required under the ACL), we make it to your original payment method within a reasonable time. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post it.
