How to Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel or change your subscription, simply go to the "Update My Membership" section within "My Account" on our platform. For details on eligibility for refunds, please refer to our Refund Policy.

Cancellation within the Initial 30-Day Period

If you wish to cancel your membership within the first 30 days of your initial subscription and initiate the refund process, please follow the steps in the "Update My Membership" section in "My Account."

Cancellation After the Initial 30-Day Period

For members wishing to cancel their subscription after the initial 30-day period or for those who are not first-time members, please note that no refund will be provided. However, you will retain access to all membership services until the end of the current 30-day billing cycle.
