30-Day Full Refund Guarantee for New Members

At WritePath Education, we stand behind the quality of our educational materials and assessment & feedback services offered through our monthly membership subscriptions. We provide four distinct membership levels tailored to different learning needs: Juniors, Challengers, Leaders, and Empower and Grow Journal memberships.

We offer all first-time members a risk-free opportunity to assess the value of our services with a 30-day full refund guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied, you have the option to cancel your membership within this period and receive a complete refund. 30 day starts from the day you took up the 14 day free trial offer.

Cancellation Process

To cancel your membership and activate the refund process within the guarantee period, please visit the "Update My Membership" section located within "My Account" on our platform. This must be done within the first 30 days of your initial membership to qualify for the refund.

Refund Processing Time

Upon receiving your cancellation request and confirming your first-time member status, we will initiate the refund process promptly. You can expect an automatic refund to your original payment method within 3 - 10 business days following the dispatch of the refund approval email.

Please be aware that while we process refunds swiftly, your banking institution or credit card issuer may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Subsequent Months Cancellation

For membership cancellations after the initial 30 days, no refund will be provided. However, you will continue to have access to all membership services until the completion of the current 30-day billing cycle.

Non-Refund for Recurring Memberships

The 30-day full refund is exclusive to first-time members for their initial month of service to prevent potential abuse of our generous guarantee. This refund policy does not apply to subsequent renewals or additional memberships.
