ECT staging forms — internal prototype preview

Internal prototype preview — not for parents, not linked anywhere. All eight staging forms are embedded below exactly as a family's browser would render them (lazy-loaded — each form appears as you scroll, or use the open-in-tab links). The real start page — timer, lead form, consent — is a separate theme-templated page at /pages/english-competence-test (D15), shipped duplicate-then-publish, and real sittings run on per-version pages with the navy hero, countdown strip and token prefill.

Eyeball checks for Years 5–8 (all four years on the V26-10-09 banks, built or rebuilt 9 Oct): every section its own box — Reading Comprehension - Text 1 and Text 2, then Vocabulary, then Grammar & Conventions; passages verbatim as the section descriptions; each cloze passage sits once, directly above its blanks (the grouped pair at GR-11/12, the single at GR-13); the open item is a plain paragraph question inside Reading 1; nothing anywhere is marked Required; no PA section anywhere. Year 8 adds: the poem (Text 3) with its line and stanza breaks kept exactly, the micro-text as Reading 4, and cloze passages in both Full and Light (the grouped pair above GR-09/10, the single with GR-11). Year 7 is its V26-10-09 rebuild and matches the Year 8 shape — 42 items, no PA, the micro-text as Reading 4.
